Great-sized and brand-new rooms for an extra £5pp, quite comfortable stay! Central heating, an iron, and a multi-channel television were nice. Good location, especially for me. Good food and great service.

The location is great, is close to the city center and acess to public transport is very easy, there is a supermarket and a shopping center just across the street.
We were first put in a room who had no hot water in shower, so we went and complaint at the reception and we had to move to another room. We were a group of 6, and after a day out visiting the city we arrived and only 4 of were able to take a hot shower...beacuse again it wasn't working properly! The staff although not very nice, was helpfull.

On a budget St Enochs is brilliant, very clean, quiet, teas/coffees in room, even a cereal breakfast is supplied. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is central to all the city attractions. I stayed in a female dorm with only one other person, I suppose with six it may be a tight squeeze and a que for the bathroom but this is not a complaint as it is a such good value for money.
